Devmart ("Devmart", "we", "us") is a digital infrastructure and systems integration company based in Paramaribo, Suriname. We design, build, and operate digital platforms for government and enterprise organizations in Suriname and the Caribbean. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through our website (devmart.sr), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Contact and meeting requests. When you submit our contact form or schedule a meeting, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, organization, the service you are interested in, an indicative budget range, and your message.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address.

Technical and analytics data. When you visit our website, we process limited technical data (such as pages visited, browser type, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address) through analytics tools. Where required, this only happens after you give consent via our cookie banner.

We use your data to respond to your inquiries and meeting requests, to prepare proposals you ask us for, to send you our newsletter if you subscribed, to understand how our website is used so we can improve it, and to comply with legal obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making.

Contact form submissions and newsletter subscriptions are stored in our secured database, hosted by our database provider (Supabase) in the United States (AWS region us-east-2, Ohio). Transactional email (such as the confirmation of your contact request) is delivered through our email service provider. Access to lead data is restricted to authorized Devmart personnel through authenticated, role-based access.

We share personal data only with the service providers that make our website work (hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics providers), and only to the extent necessary. We may disclose data where we are legally required to do so. We never share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We keep contact and lead data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for business follow-up, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of our analytics provider.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw consent at any time (for example by unsubscribing from the newsletter). To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@devmart.sr. We respond within a reasonable period.

Our website uses functional cookies (required for the site to work, including remembering your light/dark theme preference) and, with your consent, analytics and advertising-related cookies (such as Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement). You can manage your preferences via the cookie banner and your browser settings.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls on our systems, and row-level security on our database.
